Complaint Procedure.

We at DaisyandGordi's Home Interiors have one principle and that is to provide you with an incredible shopping experience. We work hard behind the scenes to ensure this happens as we value every one of our customers.

However on a rare occasions if you do find that you are unhappy with a service or product we need to know about this immediately. Highlighting this to us is the right thing and we welcome it so this never happens again.

 

How do I make a complaint?

You can make us aware of any complaint by emailing. daisyandgordihomeinteriors@gmail.com

What will happen after I have made a complaint?

You will get a email from DaisyandGordi's Home Interiors to say that we are in receipt of your complaint.

We will then fully investigate the matter.

How long will this take?

We aim to answer all complaints within 48hrs. However at peak times this is not possible, therefore it can take up to 14 days for a response and resolution.
